Refund policy

Return Shipping To initiate a return, please reach out to us at softspringyarns@gmail.com. Once confirmed, we will organise a shipping address to be sent to. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Returns: Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. You can then choose to receive either a refund or a gift card:

  • Gift Card: Issued for the full value of the original order, including the initial shipping cost.

  • Refund: Issued for the value of the returned item(s) only, with the original shipping cost deducted. Return shipping to our warehouse is non-refundable in both cases.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Afterpay) within a few business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded
